8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

9. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the shipping carrier.
If you are still unable to locate the package, contact us and we will review the situation with you.

For orders shipped internationally, customs duties, import taxes, or other charges may apply depending on the destination.
Where applicable, such charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
